Product Description
PERMABOND Initiator 41 functions as an amber, solvent-free surface initiator for compatible PERMABOND TA structural acrylic adhesives in no-mix bonding systems. The liquid is applied in a thin film by brush, wipe, or spray to one mating surface, while the adhesive is applied to the other. Assembly begins when the parts are brought together, eliminating a separate resin-and-initiator mixing step. The treated surface remains active for up to 30 minutes. With a typical specific gravity of 1.0 and 90 deg C flash point, Initiator 41 requires a compatible TA adhesive to form the bond.
