Product Description
PERMABOND Initiator 43 is a green, solvent-free surface initiator for compatible PERMABOND TA structural acrylic adhesives used as no-mix resin-and-initiator systems. The 10 mPa s liquid is brushed, wiped, or sprayed as a thin, even coating on one mating surface, while adhesive is applied to the other. Parts can be assembled immediately without an evaporation wait, and the treated surface remains active for up to 30 minutes. Initiator 43 has a typical specific gravity of 1.0 and flash point above 90 deg C. Handling time after assembly depends on bond gap and the paired TA adhesive.
