PLEXUS MA920
Harmonization Code : 3904.61.00.00 | Polytetrafluoroethylene plates / sheets / film / tape / strip, self-adhesive, in rolls

Main features
- Fast 4-6 Minute Working Window
- Low-Odor Structural Bonding
- Balanced Strength and Elongation
Product Description
Plexus MA920 Methacrylate Structural Adhesive is a two-part, 10:1 low-odor system for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composites. The adhesive provides a 4-6 minute working time and reaches handling strength in 16-17 minutes, supporting rapid assembly where positioning time is limited. Typical cured tensile strength is 16.4-20.1 MPa with 30-50% elongation, and the maximum gap-fill value is 9.5 mm. Part A and Part B viscosities are 80-120 and 35-80 x 1,000 cP, respectively. MA920 is used on composites, engineered thermoplastics, coated metals, and PC-120-conditioned raw metals.
Key features
- Fast assembly window: A 4-6 minute working time and 16-17 minute handling time support rapid part positioning and assembly.
- Low-odor technology: The two-part methacrylate system uses odor-blocking technology for lower-odor structural bonding.
- Strength and elongation balance: Typical cured tensile strength of 16.4-20.1 MPa is paired with 30-50% elongation.
Applications / Suitable for
- Structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal, and composite assemblies requiring a short working window.
